Welcome to Yeovil & District Canine Society

We are a club offering Ringcraft Training to anyone interested in showing dogs.
We meet every Wednesday evening at Kingsdon Village Hall from 8pm.
We aim to provide help and advice on all aspects of dog showing in a friendly and sociable environment where you can relax and chat to other doggie folk.  Our experienced trainers will advise you on how to make the most of the your dog at a show and for those with youngsters, provide an opportunity for them to socialise with other dogs.
We also hold classes for the Kennel Club Good Citizen Training Scheme for those who want to learn obedience.  Our specalist trainer will help you to achieve the Bronze, Silver and then Gold certificates.

TRAINING RESUMES

We hope everyone has had a lovely summer break and that you are all raring to go with training again.  To remind you, we restart training on the 1st Wednesday in September at 8pm.  We are looking at quite a few new ideas at training that have been put forward by members, so the first committee meeting on the 9th September should be interesting.

On the subject of Committee.  We would like to hear from you if you could give some time to join the Committee.  We have alot of fun running the club, but are short in numbers and would very much welcome some extra help.    Please either email Jacky at hillcloudwesties@btinternet.com or see one of us at training.
